Position Overview:
AFS Holdings is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Debt Collection Agents. This role involves contacting clients to recover outstanding debts while maintaining professionalism and strong negotiation skills.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma holders
• Age 25 years and above
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
• Background in credit management, finance, or sales-related courses is preferred
• Debt collection experience is an added advantage

Remuneration:

• Commission-based (earn according to performance)
